I must be feeling better: Shoes excite me again!
I found these a few days ago at DSW. Sssssssssssssnakeskin stilettos! They were already marked down to $70, plus I received an additional 40% off because they were in the clearance section at the back of the store. Then I turned in a $20 gift certificate, so they ended up costing only $22!
They’ll look awesome with my new party dress, yessss?

Those shoes made my heart skip a beat and caused me to lick my lips before I knew what I was doing!

I think the new party dress is a vintage slip. I love it. Exquisite.

And the motion carries - your new party dress is that vintage slip! You can guess I voted for it, too.

I hit that designer aisle at DSW and never find a thing, but hope springs eternal if you could find those in the clearance rows.

Well at least I wasn’t alone with the mistake. The new party dress is in the click me link.
I like it too. Yes. The shoes will be perfect with the black dress. I’d like to see something with less decoration for the vintage slip.

I’m glad everyone likes the slip! It’s real silk, possibly from the 1930’s. It’s very fragile but I’ve started wearing it anyway. And I just figured out I’ve been wearing it backwards!

Wait . . . no . . . I had it right before. Nevermind!

Still think the slip is a better party dress

Me, too… inside out or not. LOL

Love the shoes! I agree with Pony about something less decorated to go with the slip. Each one of them needs to have the spotlight to themselves when you wear them.
