Did I just hear that on TV or was I imagining things?

All of a sudden Shrub cares about the Constitution? During his speech on his choice for Attorney General he said something along the lines of “in accordance with the Constitution of the United States of America” TWICE in a thirty-second time frame. Hillary and Obama have also started blathering about the Constitution and how they will restore the rule of law if they’re elected. Does this mean the Pod People have finally found religion? Can we elect one of them and trust that they’ll put things back to rights?

Honey please. They’re copying Ron Paul, who’s winning ALL of the Republican straw polls in the eastern seaport states, and ranking higher than expected everywhere else.

If you want to know how our presidential candidates REALLY feel about the Constitution just look at their voting records on issues such as terrorism, privacy, separation of powers, torture, indefinite and arbitrary detentions,wiretapping and surveillance, etc. Or just Google Obama and Hillary along with the phrase “speaks with forked tongue” and see the tens of thousands of hits.

The Pod People - this unholy alliance of closet fascists - are terrified of what Ron Paul’s candidacy will do to the upcoming election. Despite the media blackout of the Ron Paul campaign (see here), misrepresentation of straw poll results, efforts by the Republican Party to keep his Paul’s name off the straw poll ballots, and keep his delegates from voting at the polls, Ron Paul is kicking ASS. Unfortunately, the shadow government will not stand for someone outside their control, and I’m actually a bit worried about his safety if all their other attempts to bury him fail. Time will tell.
