(See list of symptoms here) This Damian spawn of the Great Satan (hey don’t bitch: We’ve earned the epithet in spades) who runs amok with Daddy’s credit card ($3 BILLION a year!) and demands that Daddy beat up and/or ruin the careers of anyone he doesn’t like? Celebrations of Israel’s Birthday are not going well in the UK or Israel. Here Ron Prosor, Israel’s Ambassador, got more than a little upset when his Birthday PR plans took a knock as over 100 prominent Jewish Anti-Zionists published an article in the Guardian. He responded “a group such as this …with hate slogans like these – they deserve to be denounced and even ostracized.” He labelled them – including Harold Pinter, Stephen Fry and Mike Marquesee, a “harebrained group trying to spoil our celebration.”
In Israel people are upset with ‘birthday bashers‘ such as myself, angry that Arab Israeli’s refuse to celebrate (threatening them with ethnic cleansing) and dismayed by the ongoing conflict (who wouldn’t be).The following is a great post on how badly the celebrations are going – stolen from the excellent desertpeace blog . . .
Alarmed, radical Zionists sought the help of an internet company called Crisis Communications to clean up its tarnished internet reputation in preparation for it’s big birthday bash. Together they engaged in an earnest dialogue with mercilessly censored and/or smeared Israel’s critics:
“The Israel 60 Birthday Website will combat Palestine, Iran, Nazi and Syria sites which have started to attack Israel’s 60th birthday by enjoying a stronger search engine optimization (SEO) marketing and public relations ranking on Google and appearing throughout the Net using all of the tools of Web 2.0.”
Google tripped over itself burying news sites and weblogs sympathetic to Palestinian points of view. Over the period of a few weeks the following websites (that we know of) experienced denial-of-service attacks, had their blogs removed by Blogger, and/or were removed from the Google news search engine:

I would LOVE to visit Israel, especially those regions where the ADF hasn’t ripped up olive groves and demolished homes to make room for more settlements. In fact Andrew and I have been talking about a trip to Israel since the day that we met. However, I WILL NOT GO so long as that pathocracy that is the Likud Party is trounced soundly by the Good Jews of Israel. Unfortunately they have a long way to go.
Moodymommy I know we corresponded about this before, but let me build upon it for my other readers. Everyone Please: Before you read the rest, understand that I type this in earnest, not with hostility. There is a whole universe of shades of grey we can dance around but at the end of the day there is still RIGHT, and there is still WRONG, and there is nothing ridiculous about pointing it out. EMPHATICALLY.
Much like the Good Germans of WWII did back in the day, when outsiders – in today’s case nonJews – call out the pathological evil of the Israeli government the kneejerk response of many is to stick their fingers in their ears and go “LALALALALALALA YOU MUST BE CRAZY ISRAEL IS A COUNTRY OF PEACE!!!”
It’s almost as if Jews have been conditioned from birth to take anti-Zionist criticism personally; i.e., criticism of Israel-the-Concept or Israel-the-Greater-Entity is a personal insult against the Jewish People. It’s akin to the Neocons saying “Why do you hate America?” when someone criticizes . . . oh, I dunno, the torture Abu Grahib or the insane evil of George Bush’s entire Administration. It’s ten shades of crazy IMHO.
So. Here are the objective truths and real facts that exist in the mind of the thinking people like the Hedonistic Pleasureseeker:
1. It is important to realize that Zionism is not a religion, it is an ideology started in Basel Switzerland in 1896.
2. The knee-jerk defensive reactions of European (Ashkenazi) Jews in the face of anti-Zionist criticism has nothing to do with Judaism the Religion and everything to do with old-world Bolshevik-styled Communism, a time in history when Jews (believe it or not) enjoyed an unusual level of power and privilege (compared to other times in Western history). Consequently, if your Jewish ancestors are Poles/Russians/Hungarians/Lithuanians from the old days of Lenin and Stalin you’ll carry this burden whether you like it or not, at least until you wash your brain with the fresh water of Knowledge, which is as easy as picking up an old, beat-up English dictionary, one that has not been corrupted by Zionist extremists looking to confuse our language, Tower of Babel-style.
What’s this Burden? It’s the mental conflation of Collectivism, Zionism and Judaism. The terms have their own meanings and have little to do with one another, but try and point this out to this insane pathocracy controlling Zionist discourse and you’ll witness a Rumplestiltskin-styled temper tantrum the likes of which you (if you’re lucky) don’t see very often. The “Good Jews” have been trained, Pavlov-style, to react this way, as if someone were pointing a gun to their heads insisting they dance.
3. There are two Israels: The Hell On Earth that the Palestinians and other discriminated-against non-Jews experience, and the Fantasy Israel, the Disneyland Israel, that exists in the minds and lives of the Jewish idealists privileged enough to enjoy it. Who can can blame the Good Jews for preferring Disneyland over a ghetto? Nobody. Heck, if I were on vacation I’d choose Disneyland over a ghetto run by a police state that has Whites Only neighborhoods and deliberately exterminates Arab civilians as so much vermin.
4. It is good to tell the truth, even if it hurts:
a. There is nothing “ridiculous” about pointing out that Disneyland is a corporatist-spawned fantasyland created ONLY for white European Ashkenazi Jews and Christian Zionists.
b. There is nothing “ridiculous” about reporting on all the different ways in which the Zionist Pathocracy has lost the war on public opinion. Not losing, but lost.
c. There is nothing “ridiculous” about calling a spade a spade. The “spade” label goes back to ancient/classical times in the Mediterranean and does not pertain at all to Africans. It means “rotten, lying no-good person.” The phrase pertains to calling out evil when you see it.
“Solving” the complex problem that is Israel can’t be done by non-Jews such as myself, over here in the cheap seats watching this slash-and-gash horror film, unable to avert our eyes because we know it’s really happening. However, stopping the settlements and ending the genocide in Gaza would be a good start for the Israeli government. Just STOP IT already. Why is this so hard for the Likud party to wrap its mind around? Oh wait: It’s NOT hard. The Likudists understand it just fine; they’re just EVIL PATHOGENS sucking the life from humanity, that’s all, and DOING IT ALL IN YOUR NAME. Silly me.
You know what’s ridiculous? Jews taking it lying down, this evil done in their names. Fortunately at least half the Jewish Diaspora “gets it.” The other half still clings to the Disneyland in its mind.

HPS, Jews are not taking it lying down. My temple is specifically PRO PEACE in contrast to being “pro-Israel.” There are plenty of Jews who do not want to see any discrimination whatsoever. The thing is, I do not ever feel qualified to make judgments on who is entitled to what land or whether there should be a “Jewish Homeland” at all. I’m not qualified, because I don’t live there. Although I felt a powerful pull when I visited, I know that I could not handle the everyday stress everyone there endures. Despite all the problems in the USA (your recent points scare the sh-t out of me), we are sooooo lucky just to have been born here. I can’t watch the news at all w/out being thankful for that luck of the draw. I completely admire anyone who chooses to live anywhere in Israel (settlement or not) because they are choosing a life of hardship, tension and constant strife. Believe me, the Jewish people who live there want peace. They want peace so badly that they recently gave away a big chunk of their tiny country away! Unfortunately, the Palestinians don’t seem to have a clear leader and it is difficult to negotiate if you don’t know who to negotiate with. I truly wish the USA would stay out of it all. I really don’t consider it the “democracy” our government claims it to be. There are many other Jews out there who think likewise.

Who has heard that in the 1930’s Bagdad every 3rd citizen was a native Jew? The Sefardi (Safrati) Jews have a 400 year old history and the Mizrahi Jews over 2,500 year old history in the Middle East – outside the location of the state of Israel (Palestine).

During 1970-1986 the proportion of Palestinian women at the West Bank and Gaza not having gone to school decreased from 67 % to 32 %. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita in West Bank and Gaza increased in 1968-1991 BKT from 165 US dollars to 1715 dollars (compare with 1630$ in Turkey, 1440$ in Tunis, 1050$ in Jordan, 800$ in Syria, 600$ in Egypt. and 400$ in Yemen).
One-fourth of the judgements of the Human Rights Commission of the United Nations strike Israel. Out of the incidences dealt in the Security Counsil one-third is having to do with Israel. I think this resembles the hysteria seen in the Black Plague in Europe, when the European Jews were accused of the pandemia and burned alive. The phobic mob was really scared and saw the peculiar Jews as a threat.

Hello Pauli! As my Finn uncle Matti used to say . . . “Beva beva, kuka se . . .” (something, I forget, kuka se mena?) I never understood what it meant except that it was a greeting.
Thanks for your input, the statistics at your site were very interesting. One thing HAS concerned me about the rise of so-called “anti-Semitism” in my lifetime: There has been SUCH an effort by European Zionists to conflate Judaism and political Zionism, and such a deliberate effort (in my opinion) to keep the people of the United States ignorant, is that when the United States finally realizes what the Zionists and the NeoCons have DONE to this country, that We the People will go CRAZY and “blame the Jews,” at which point history could repeat itself.
That would be awful, and good people of every religion and political affiliation – progressive, conservative, socialist, etc. – need to make sure this doesn’t happen. We need to remember that our enemy is IGNORANCE, not other people. If most people in the US were not so ignorant, spoiled, prideful, lazy and self-indulgent we would NEVER have allowed the NeoCons to ruin our country. We would have done something to prevent it. Alas, we were too busy shopping and watching American Idol to notice who was looting the US Treasury to take over the world’s oil, using our poor and minority populations as cannon fodder. “Zionism’s Fatal Flaw” is a good explanation, I think, of the ironic ideology of always seeing the Other as “The Enemy” while seeking normalization as Jews whether in Israel or the Diaspora. The entrenched Us vs. Them delusion leads to decisions that are ultimately self-defeating.
Another thing I never quite figured out: After generation after generation after generation of one’s people are driven out of this or that community, most normal tribes would wonder “Gee, is it us? What are we doing that pisses off the Others so badly?”

The Ashkenazi were engaged in constant warfare with their neighbors, brutal and murderous in their behavior, treacherous to their allies and generally can be classified as genuinely evil people.
Eventually, they moved from the shores of the Caspian Sea and settled in Russia . Eventually, the Russians got tired of their constant manipulations, schemings and economic havoc and forced them into the Grand Duchy of Poland where they filled the capital, Warsaw , with millions of chronic troublemakers. The ones who stayed behind, got involved with usury, political manipulation, murders and revolts (almost all of the top Bolsheviks were Ashkenzsi Jews as was Trotsky and Lenin) Stalin, a Georgian, hated them and just before he died in 1953, was planning a forced exodus of all Jews to the wilds of Siberia.
The Second World War originated in the banking offices of London , not in Berlin . Hitler set up an economic barter system that would have broken the grasp of London ’s international bankers on the money system. Since Hitler detested Jews and did his best to root them out of Germany ’s banking and professional systems, the London Jews, and later their clansmen in America , started a holy war against Germany that resulted in the absolute horrors of the Second World War.

We are afraid but we cannot ever dare to express our fears lest the Zionists turn their people in the media against us. Mark me, these creatures are vicious, murderous, manipulative, greedy, thoroughly criminal in their corporative lootings and think nothing of savaging those members of the Jewish community who dare to accuse them of their failings, traitorous actions, thefts and murderous political manipulations.

It is United States that profits from Israel, rather than the opposite. Israel gets nearly 2 billion euros from USA almost every year, that is true. But US demands Israel not to stop brain drain from Eretz israel to the US. Astonishing number of 25% of the Israeli researchers have moved from Israel to the United States – and this figure does not yet even include the people with double citizenship! The next largest brain drain of researchers to US are 12.2% from Canada, 4.3% from Netherlands, and 4.2% from Italy. Before the Second Intifada, there were 200 Israeli companies listed in the US High Tech Nasdaq, after the Intifada the count had dropped to 70. (At the moment the number is back in 100, however, which is still greater than from all the European countries combined).
Dollars are green since the Americans pull them down from the tree raw and fresh. E.g. Mirabilis by AOL with $0.4 billion, Indigo and Mercury by HP with 0.7$ and 1.5 billion, respectively, M-systems by ScanDisk Corp (SNDK) with $1.5 billion were big investments, Berkshire Hathaway’s first investment out of the US of ISCAR Metalworking for 4$ billion, though. Israel has not been able to let any of its companies to be scaled up in their homeland but most are imported straight from the garage. In 2007, Israel had the 44th-highest gross domestic product and 22nd-highest gross domestic product per capita (at purchasing power parity) at US$233 billion and US$33,3, respectively. The country’s GDP by sectors is similar to that of developed countries with a leading services sector at around 67%, the industrial sector follows with 31% and agriculture is responsible for the remaining 3%. In short, even the immigrant PhD’s have to be humble enough to make their living by cleaning toilets before they get the hold of making living. The support is designed so that the first 2-10 years a start-up company does not have to pay taxes. But very little, if any, direct funding without compensation is offered. Today, Israel draws Venture Capital (VC) more than the Europe. A novel phenomenon is the strategy by which Israel has been able to claim victory over China and other Far-East countries regarding the modern High Tech factories: As an example, the supranational Intel transferred the mass production of Centricon-processors to Israel, where ~20% of citizens possess university decrees (ranking 3rd in the world) but where the environment respects patents and are not plagiating every item they produce to others like the rocketting China.
Intel was also offered an overall tax rate of 10%, which is about three times lower than that of US. Also, the biggest generic drug factory in the world was recently established in Israel. Generating US$7 billion in annual revenues, Israel’s Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) is the world’s largest generic pharmaceutical company. TEVA makes generic versions of brand-name antibiotics, heart drugs, heartburn medications, and more – in all close to 200 global generic products, 700 compounds, and more than 2800 dosage forms and formulations. TEVA’s pharmaceuticals are used in some 20% of U.S. generic drug prescriptions. Examples of TEVA’s generics include lower-cost equivalents of such blockbusters as anti-depressant Prozac and cholesterol drug Mevacor. Nevertheless, in biotechnology and original drug development, about 400 experimental drugs have been approved or accepted in clinical phases. Other major companies include cutting tools leader ISCAR, software and information security leader Checkpoint, and defense industry’s IAI. The greatest portion of funding of research per capita is found in Israel. Israel also has the greatest ratio of researchers per square meter or population in the face of the world, far exceeding I.e.
